The environment and nature are a part, along with the culture, our heritage as an essential element for the life of the people and for the formation of national identity. Knowing the importance of the environment and our actions on it have for life on the planet, is a right and duty of everyone.

- Include all the vital forces of society and the experiences of specialized organizations, to achieve joint action for achieving the objectives of environmental awareness into action that will lead to the rescue and preserve the environment, improve the quality of life and implementing sustainable development in Ecuador.
- Contribute to education and development of environmental awareness, eco design, eco responsible technologies and eco-efficient (waste management, recycling, conservation, alternative energy use, etc.).
