What decadence of Europe! While in Japan, millions of people suffer the dramatic loss of their loved ones, their homes, their property, all they had, supporting continuous earthquakes after the 'big one', the European media carry a week talking only of the Fukushima nuclear plant and its possible implications for central Europe. And the EU Energy Commissioner talking about nuclear Armageddon. Remember the Apocalypse of the flu? What human misery corrodes us Europeans! Neither the Roman empire in its death throes reached such a low level of moral values!

East and West have never been further away now if we refer to the Japanese tragedy. They have suffered the 'big one' with its huge tsunami, and we catch the antinuclear demagoguery. They fought the Fukushima accident and we are talking about Revelation. They rebuilt the country, and we pontificating about energy sources. To observe this cases the media, we can turn to the chronicles of Sanchez Drago in El Mundo. At first, from Bangkok and the Internet, the writer of Revelation spoke seismic and atomic holocaust. Since it has come to Tokyo, his chronicles reveal the true reality of a society in quiet, trying to bury their dead and rebuild the country. Again we can really ruin a demagogic exclusive.

In view of the stoic response to the tragedy of Japanese society seismic behavior and cynical European society with respect to nuclear accidents, I can paraphrase Lord Byron about the men and dogs "the more I know the Europeans, the Japanese admire most."
